When Pocket Hunter is connected via Bluetooth with Pokémon Go, it allows for egg hatching (at a speed of 10 km/hr) in either front-end or background mode.

Does Pocket Hunter support Android devices?
Currently, Pocket Hunter only supports iOS devices.

Do I need to keep it plugged into my phone to use it? What if I have an iPhone 13 or an older model?
Pocket Hunter is a plug-and-play device with no built-in battery. It connects to your phone primarily for power. If your phone doesn’t have a USB-C port, you can use the USB-C port on the bottom of Pocket Hunter to connect it to a power adapter or a portable power bank (must support low-current output) to power the device and connect it to your phone.

I plugged Pocket Hunter into my phone, but there’s no light. What should I do?
If the green light isn’t flashing, it means your phone isn’t supplying power to Pocket Hunter. Some phones have the OTG (On-The-Go) function disabled by default, which controls USB device connections and power supply. Please check your phone’s settings and enable OTG.

What if my phone runs low on battery while playing?
Pocket Hunter has a USB-C port at the bottom. You can connect a USB-C power bank to it, and it will charge your phone while in use. Please note that Pocket Hunter only supports a 5V/1A power output.

My Poké Ball connection suddenly dropped while playing. What happened?
1. Make sure Pocket Hunter and your phone are within 5 meters (16 feet) of each other.
2. Due to in-game settings, the connection automatically disconnects every hour. You will need to manually reconnect it in the game.

Does Pocket Hunter have a virtual location feature?
Yes, it has an automatic walking feature within a 500-meter (0.3-mile) radius of your phone’s current location.

What other games does Pocket Hunter support?
Pocket Hunter supports all AR (Augmented Reality) games, including Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, Pikmin Bloom, and Dragon Quest Walk.

I already have an auto-catching wristband. Can I use Pocket Hunter just for the auto-walking feature?
Yes, you can use just the auto-walking feature or both features at the same time.
Monster Hunter Now players can use the auto-walking function to collect resources.
Pokémon GO players can enable auto-walking while continuing to use their existing auto-catching device.

What happens if I forget to turn off the auto-walking feature after moving locations?
Your location will continue "walking" within the set radius and won’t follow your real movement.
To restore your real location, follow these steps:
1. Close the game.
2. Disconnect the Bluetooth device.
3. If necessary, turn on Airplane Mode for about 1 minute, then turn it off.
